I first facilitated Yoga Bridal Circles for my friend's hen parties and was amazed how beautiful the experiences were.
Being a women's health yoga teacher in Bristol, I spend a lot of time with groups of women, discussing the important events in their lives.
Over the last three years I've noticed a change in how women want to celebrate hen parties. Instead of wild nights out, women are choosing to prioritise their wellbeing and group unity.
Helping women share these experiences is something I deeply care about.

How long does the activity last?
It's a 2.5 hour activity that fits in perfectly either mid-morning or mid-afternoon.
Do we need our own yoga mats?
No! I bring everything that your group needs, including the flowers, altar items and yoga mats.
What if we don't normally do yoga?
Yoga is for everyone. I tailor the class for your group and can accommodate experts and beginners alike.
Can the activity be inside?
Yes, I'm happy to conduct the activity indoors or outdoors.
What if it rains?
Sometimes things go wrong, but that's ok. Together we will find an area, either in your accommodation or elsewhere to conduct the activity.
What if I need to cancel?
That's absolutely fine, deposits are non-refundable however.
