Welcome to my yoga classes, where I offer a diverse range of styles, including Hatha and Vinyasa Flow, Restorative and Yin, Myofascial Release, Yoga Nidra, and Womb Yoga.
At the heart of each class lies the belief that yoga is an embodied practice, inviting you to connect your mind and body while experiencing the freedom to shape your practice according to your needs. Drawing from my training in breath-led Krama Vinyasa Yoga (kramas being modifications) and accessible yoga with a focus on women's health, I understand that our bodies and needs are ever-changing. My approach is inclusive and adaptable, ensuring that everyone feels welcome and supported.
